HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO MAKE AND SHIP THE ITEMS?

It typically takes 1 week to make the items, package them and ship them to you. Bridesmaid orders or custom orders may take 2-3 weeks to process. If you need your order sent out sooner, please contact us as we may be able to expedite your order (a rush fee may apply).

All items are shipped via First Class USPS Mail. It takes approximately 3-5 days for items to arrive after they have been shipped. If you need your items sooner, Priority Mail and Express Mail are also available for an additional charge at checkout. We currently only offer shipping within the U.S.


WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Payment by credit card through PayPal is the preferred method of payment. You do not have to sign up for PayPal to pay with your credit card. All that is required during the check out process is your credit card and shipping information.

If you would like to pay with a personal check or money order, please email us your order at info@alyssajewelrydesigns.com. However, please note that we will wait until the check clears before shipping your items, which may delay your order.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING AND TAX CHARGES?

First class shipping is free on all orders! Priority Mail and Express Mail are also available for an additional charge at checkout.

Orders shipped within San Diego County will be charged 7.75% sales tax. Orders shipped to all other counties within the state of California will be charged 7.25% sales tax. Orders shipped outside of California will not be charged sales tax.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We want you to be very happy with your purchase. In the event that you are not satisfied, we will gladly provide a full refund, less shipping charges, within 7 days of purchase. All items must be returned in new, unworn condition. Please email us at info@alyssajewelrydesigns.com to obtain a return authorization number and the address to which you should send your returns.

Please note that custom orders and bridesmaid orders are not refundable, due to the extra time and materials involved. If you are not sure whether the crystal or pearl color will match your dresses, please email us and we can send you up to 3 crystal or pearl colors so you can decide!

WHAT IS AN ONLINE JEWELRY PARTY? HOW CAN I JOIN?

An online jewelry party is very similar to a home jewelry party except everyone can do it from the comfort of their own home. Host an online jewelry party by inviting friends, family and coworkers to shop at www.alyssajewelrydesigns.com for a period of two weeks. They shop online using your hostess code and you earn free jewelry! Plus, your guests will get 10% off all jewelry they purchase! It’s a win-win for you and your guests!

IS GIFT WRAP AVAILABLE?

Yes. Each jewelry item will arrive in a white jewelry box. For an additional charge of $3, we can wrap the jewelry box with a stylish turquoise or silver sheer ribbon and attach a small card with your personalized note. Simply select the gift wrap option on the shipping page when checking out.

WHAT ARE SWAROVSKI CRYSTALS AND PEARLS?

Swarovski crystals are made in Austria and are the highest quality crystal beads available. They contain 32% lead, which gives them their dazzling brilliance and irresistible sparkle. The crystals are cut with exact precision to create the most beautiful reflections of light. Swarovski crystals are available in a multitude of colors and shapes.

Swarovski pearls are perfect imitations of natural pearls, combining an innovative pearl coating over a crystal core to create a perfect shape and flawless finish. They are resistant to scratches, perfume, perspiration and UV rays. Unlike synthetic glass pearls, Swarovski pearls have a crystal core that makes them heavier and more similar to natural pearls. Swarovski pearls are available in a multitude of colors.

CAN I REQUEST A DIFFERENT LENGTH FOR A NECKLACE OR BRACELET?

Yes, most of our necklaces and bracelets can be customized in length. The bridal and bridesmaid necklaces are typically 16 inches in length, but you can select a shorter or longer length on the item page before checking out. The bracelets are typically 7 inches in length, but can also be customized before checking out.
